2006 Lowell Arts Festival Postponed;

2007 Festival Planning Underway

To Our Friends of the Arts:

Due to circumstances beyond our control and looming deadlines, it is with great regret that we have to cancel the 2006 Lowell Arts Festival.

However, the enthusiasm we have encountered for a free-to-the-public arts festival is so heartening that we have rescheduled the Festival to June 9-10, 2007. In this way, we can produce an event that truly meets the goals of the Festival Board: giving Northeast artists the opportunity to show and sell their work and offering visitors and collectors a unique venue to experience the cultural excitement of Lowell's thriving arts community.

We hope that you'll visit this website often to track our progress. Thank you so much for your support. In return, we promise to dedicate our energy to putting together a first-class event in 2007.

Sincerely,

The Arts League of Lowell
